Our best value and most customizable option. When you buy a whole beef, you are purchasing the entire animal for the lowest per-pound price, the widest variety of cuts, and full control over how each half is processed.

Ultimate Flexibility – Two Halves, Two Cutting Styles

With a whole animal, you can customize each side differently. 

 

Only with a whole beef can you get every cut from the animal, including:

    •    Hanger steak

    •    Oxtail

    •    16 chuck roasts or 32 chuck steaks or ground beef

    •    4–8 arm roasts or ground beef

    •    4–8 cross rib roasts or ground beef

    •    24–28 rib steaks or 4 prime rib roasts

    •    8 packs short ribs or ground beef

    •    24–28 T-bones or New York strips + tenderloin (filet mignon)

    •    16 top sirloin steaks or sirloin roasts or ground beef

    •    8 top round roasts, 8 London broil, or 16 top round steaks

    •    4 bottom round roasts or cube steak or ground beef

    •    4 eye of round roasts or ground beef

    •    4 sirloin tip steaks or ground beef

    •    4–8 rump roasts or ground beef

    •    2 flank steaks or ground beef

    •    2 bavette steaks or ground beef

    •    4 skirt steaks or ground beef

    •    2 briskets or ground beef

    •    2 tri-tips or ground beef

    •    ~20 lbs stew meat or ground beef

    •    ~120 lbs ground beef before grinding any extra cuts

    •    Ground beef packaged in 1, 1.5, or 2 lb packs — your choice

Price & Details:

    •    $975 deposit to reserve

    •    Est. carcass weight: 700–800 lbs

    •    Take-home meat: 420–480 lbs

    •    Requires ~16 cubic feet of freezer space

    •    $6.80/lb (based on carcass weight, $5.61/lb for the beef +   $1.19/lb for processing)

    •    All-inclusive: slaughter, processing, wrapping, and disposal — no hidden fees

    •    Balance due at pickup based on final carcass weight
