Prices are an all inclusive cost: covers the slaughter, processing, carcass, and disposal: NO HIDDEN FEES.
Prices are based off an average carcass weight of 900 lbs for a whole beef, averaging 60% take home in meat.
Pork carcasses average 220 lbs and average take home 70% in meat.
1/16 of a beef (Ground beef only) = 20 lbs ground beef for $225

1/8 of a beef = $7.25/lb on the carcass, average weight 112.5 lbs

1/4 of a beef = $7.20/lb on the carcass, average weight 225 lbs
​
1/2 of a beef = $7.15/lb on the carcass, average weight 450 lbs
​
Whole beef = $7.10/lb on the carcass, average weight 900 lbs
​
1/2 pork = $6.75/lb on the carcass, average weight 110 lbs
​
Whole pork = $6.50/lb on the carcass, average weight 220 lbs.

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
Actual beef weights vary -/+ 50 lbs a half depending on the animal. The balance due will be calculated after the slaughter on the actual weight.
