How It Works

1. EXPLORE PACKAGES AVAILABLE

​We offer three standard cut packages: 20 lbs of ground beef, 1/8th of a beef, and 1/4 of a beef.

These are perfect for busy customers who want a quick, hassle-free freezer fill with a variety of roasts, steaks, stew meat, soup bones, and ground beef.

 

We also offer custom cut beef shares (1/4, 1/2, or whole) and pork (half or whole).

​​​​​​​​​2.  PLACE AN ORDER 

Place a deposit for a beef or pork share using our shopping cart or by calling and specifying your preferred fulfillment month. 

​

The all-inclusive price per hanging weight pound covers the animal share, slaughter, processing, and disposal.

​3.  SUBMIT YOUR CUT LIST FORM

If you purchased a custom cut order, fill out your custom cut form online or over the phone. 

4.  PAY THE BALANCE DUE

After slaughter, you will receive an invoice for the balance due based on the hanging weight of the carcass.

Remember = final meat weight after processing is about 60% of the original carcass weight.

5.  BE CONTACTED FOR PICKUP 

Approximately three weeks after slaughter and receiving your invoice for balance due you will be contacted for pickup via text. 

​

 

6.  COME TO THE FARM

Come to the farm in Oso, meet us and see the facilities, pick up your order and fill your freezer!
