Grass-Fed & Finished Beef – 1/4 Beef (Custom Cut)

Customize your share of premium, grass-fed and finished beef. No hormones, antibiotics, or grain — just clean, flavorful beef raised right.

 

Custom Cut Option – Simple & Flexible

Some customization available, but limited by the nature of sharing a front and back quarter with another customer.

 

Your Order May Include (Approx.):

    •    4 chuck roasts or ground beef

    •    1–2 arm roasts or ground beef

    •    1–2 cross rib roasts or ground beef

    •    6–7 rib steaks or a prime rib roast

    •    2 packs short ribs or ground beef

    •    2 packs soup bones or ground beef

    •    6–7 T-bones and 1 pack tenderloin steaks (filet mignon)

    •    4 top sirloin steaks or sirloin roast or ground beef

    •    2 top round roasts, 2 London broil, or 4 top round steaks

    •    1 bottom round roast or ground beef

    •    1 eye of round roast or ground beef

    •    1 sirloin tip roast or ground beef

    •    1–2 rump roasts or ground beef

    •    1 flank steak or skirt steak

    •    Plus ~30 lbs of hamburger before grinding any additional cuts

 

Price & Details:

    •    $400 deposit to reserve

    •    Est. carcass weight: 175–200 lbs

    •    Take-home meat: 105–120 lbs

    •    Requires ~4 cubic feet of freezer space

    •    $6.90/lb (based on carcass weight, $5.71/lb for the beef + $1.19/lb for processing)

    •    All-inclusive: slaughter, processing, wrapping, and disposal — no hidden fees

    •    Balance due at pickup based on final carcass weight
