• 12–14 rib steaks or 2 prime rib roasts
• 4 packs short ribs or ground beef
• 12–14 T-bones or New York strips + tenderloin (filet mignon)
• 8 top sirloin steaks or sirloin roasts or ground beef
• 4 top round roasts, 4 London broil, or 8 top round steaks
• 2 bottom round roasts or cube steak or ground beef
• 2 eye of round roasts or ground beef
• 2 sirloin tip steaks or ground beef
• 2–4 rump roasts or ground beef
• 1 flank steak or ground beef
• 1 bavette steak or ground beef
• 1 skirt steak or ground beef
• 1 brisket or ground beef
• 1 tri-tip or ground beef
• ~10 lbs stew meat or ground beef
• ~60 lbs ground beef before grinding any extra cuts
• Ground beef packaged in 1, 1.5, or 2 lb packs — your choice
• Optional: Soup bones and/or dog bones

• $800 deposit to reserve
• Est. carcass weight: 350–400 lbs
• Take-home meat: 210–240 lbs
• Requires ~8 cubic feet of freezer space
• $6.85/lb (based on carcass weight, $5.66/lb for the beef + $1.19/lb for processing)
• All-inclusive: slaughter, processing, wrapping, and disposal — no hidden fees
• Balance due at pickup, based on final carcass weight
